Users gain access via a secure login and then can order items at a fixed price. Dynamic items that are specific to a branch or individual can be edited, proofed and amended online by the user. For example, a business card can be created by typing in details such as name, job title, address, email and telephone numbers.
By ordering from a single source across all branches, head office can maintain strict brand control and what communications can be used. Your products arrive faster as there is no time consuming artwork, proofing and approval to go through with your supplier, it’s all done by the user. If required, administrators can keep control over what is ordered by setting up automatic approval notices that will email them each time an order is placed and require them to approve the order before it can be placed.
